Housed within the Morehouse Center for Broadening Participation in Computing, the AI Academy provides accessible, hands-on learning experiences that help participants move from simply using artificial intelligence to understanding, building, and leading with it.

Whether you’re aiming for a promotion, changing fields, or starting something new, how you present yourself and who you know can open doors. In this session, participants learn to use AI as a thought partner for managing their careers with more purpose. Participants begin by defining their professional brand: their strengths, their skills, and the value they bring. From there, they use AI to strengthen how they communicate that brand, including bios, LinkedIn profiles, and networking messages. They’ll also learn to network more intentionally, using AI to find the right connections, prepare for conversations, and personalize outreach. Participants leave with practical prompts, tools, and an action plan for building their brand, growing their network, and pursuing their next opportunity.
